Carousel of Park Monceau

The Carousel of Parc Monceau is one of those simple, timeless pleasures that makes Paris feel magical for young children. Sitting just inside one of Paris's most elegant parks, this traditional French carousel is painted in bright colors and fitted with the classic horses and carriages that have delighted generations of kids. Toddlers light up at the sight of it, and parents get a genuinely picturesque moment against the backdrop of Parc Monceau's iron gates, lush greenery, and neoclassical monuments.

The ride itself lasts a few minutes and costs a small fee per turn — very reasonable for the amount of joy it produces.
