Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood is one of the most comprehensive indoor adventure facilities in the NYC area — a significant step up from basic trampoline parks that have proliferated in recent years.

The attraction mix is genuinely varied: open-jump trampoline courts for classic bouncing, a warrior obstacle course with padded elements and rope challenges that older kids compete through repeatedly, a multi-level indoor climbing wall, and a high ropes aerial adventure course. For families with kids 5-15 who need serious physical activity, Urban Air delivers a 2-3 hour energy drain that most other indoor venues can't match.

The warrior course is consistently the crowd favorite. It's modeled on American Ninja Warrior-style obstacle courses — balance beams, rope swings, padded elements — and kids compete against each other and their own previous attempts. The immediate feedback loop of trying and improving keeps kids engaged well beyond what a standard playground provides.

Note that Monday through Wednesday the facility opens at 3PM, not 10AM — not a morning option on school days. Thursday through Sunday has standard daytime hours.
