Treetop Trekking Miami

Treetop Trekking Miami is an aerial adventure park located on Watson Island — the same island that hosts Jungle Island and the Miami Children's Museum. The facility offers multi-level aerial obstacle courses suspended in trees, with ziplines, rope bridges, balance beams, climbing elements, and suspended challenges that require physical skill, balance, and comfort at height.

This is one of the genuinely differentiated outdoor adventure experiences in Miami. Most children's entertainment in the city is air-conditioned and indoor; Treetop Trekking is outdoor, tree-top level, and physically demanding in a way that challenges older children and parents meaningfully. For kids who've outgrown the typical trampoline park circuit, this offers a distinct category of adventure.

Courses run in levels of difficulty, allowing participants to progress from accessible beginner challenges to advanced elements requiring arm strength and balance. Children 7 and up with reasonable fitness can typically complete the entry-level courses. Taller, older children and teens have more options across the difficulty progression.

Closed-toe shoes are non-negotiable — this generates a significant number of disappointed families who arrive in sandals. Check before you come. Height minimums also apply; verify with the website before bringing young children.

The Watson Island location has advantages (beautiful Bay backdrop, tropical vegetation) and disadvantages (limited nearby food, parking shared with Jungle Island).
