The boats are two-person vessels where one adult drives and one passenger rides. Kids as young as 5 can participate as passengers. The driver must be 18+ with valid ID. The snorkeling site is typically near the Punta Nizuc area, where the reef is shallow enough for beginners and the water is usually clear. Life jackets are provided and worn during snorkeling.
